There were some issues recently with connection to the servers but that should be resolved now. Are you still running into any issues?

Hello,

I have been trying to play Star Wars Battlefront and Plants vs Zombies GW2 but both games can not connect to EA servers. I have verified the EA and Origins account but I still can't play either of the games. Any help??

I just had this problem on PS4. To fix it:
- settings
- account management
- sign out

sign back in then go open the game you want to play and see if that works.

If not the worst case scenario that has worked for me is to delete the user profile off the PS4 (doesn’t delete online game play, deletes things like story mode, offline content, pictures...). I had to do this because I closed a game while it was loading on accident.
