Can't login

So I had help from an EA staff member to verify my email but now I can't login. It says ON PvZ GW2, "UNABLE TO LOGIN.  WE CANNOT COMPLETE THIS ACTION AT THIS TIME. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE, PLEASE REFERENCE HELP.EA.COM OR ANSWERS.EA.COM" Please help!
