I have the same Problem with the Lewis Gun after rank 10 for the heavy support class

for you, you should lvl up to rank 11, or max 12 and you supposed to get it. but for lvl 20 there is no more rank rn. and i cant contact support for days -.-

Same issue but with the medic level 20 gun. It’s BS too because that’s the best gun in the class!

I have gone through the live chat twice to have the Kar98k unlocked for me (level 20 Recon). They said that it should only take a few minutes to take affect, however, it has been 24 hours and the weapon still remains locked. How long does this really take?
