[FIXED] vault modular counter: last two swatches change colour when dirty

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.80.69.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? get to work, get together, city living, cats and dogs, seasons, get famous, island living, discover university, eco lifestyle. snowy escape, cottage living, dine out, vampires, jungle adventure, strangerville, realm of magic, perfect patio, spooky, movie hangout, romantic garden, vintage glamour, toddler, laundry day, moschino, tiny living, nifty knitting, paranormal
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? place the vault modular counter in either of the last two swatches listed. make dirty either through gameplay or by shift+clicking the countertop
What happens when the bug occurs? the vault modular counter changes colour when dirty
What do you expect to see? the vault modular counter should become dirty but not change colour
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. base game bb swatch patch
the counters shown side by side in the image are the same swatch, but the dirty one has changed colour. first noticed the bug in my regular modded save then tested in a new unmodded save to confirm.

Vault Modular Counter maintains its color underneath the dirt when it gets dirty.
Fixed in Patch 1.90.358/1.91

Vault Modular Counter maintains its color underneath the dirt when it gets dirty.
Fixed in Patch 1.90.358/1.91
