Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Can be identified multiple days (5-10) after submitting University Application
What happens when the bug occurs? I submit a University application, but after a week, it still says that it is being processed.
What do you expect to see? I submit a university application, i wait a few days, and application results are in. The results should come within a few days.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am trying to enroll my sim into university. I had him apply for university and scholarships before he graduated high school. He passed high school and graduated with honors and an A. I received results for the scholarship, which he did not get. But have yet to see his university enrollment results. It has been over a week since he applied and still nothing. I’ve tried resetting my game, and resetting my console.

@elizabethgstory Could you test if it works normally if you do it for a young adult/adult (this is just for testing purposes, try on a backup of your save)

Maybe it's a teen issue when you apply before graduating.
