tw defense officer order now requiring text

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug with today's patch, guild officers are now forced to enter a text when placing tw orders. (focus/forbid will not work w/o adding text)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? join TW as an officer. try to set focus, or forbid a section. the game will give you a popup message telling you "you must enter a command" this means it wants me to enter something in the text field.. even though i DID enter a command (Forbid section is a command!)

filling in this text field as an officer in tw... is not entirely necessary. so i'm not sure why this would have been changed intentionally.
