triple xp not working on starfighters

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play any starfighter game mode
What happens when the bug occurs? only give normal amount of xp
What do you expect to see? triple xp for starfighters

I played hero starfighters on 03/15/19 after the in-game notification said it was triple xp for all starfighter game modes and i still only get normal xp gains on my hero ships

This bug still exists in Hero Starfighters as of 08/23/2019, so I’m commenting for visibility. Double XP doesn’t seem to work either.

Also, it seems like we’re getting less than normal XP during double XP. It’s like they’re doing half XP instead. So strange. 

EDIT: Just to be clear, double and triple XP have always worked fine for me in Starfighter Assault.
