townies appearing different skin color than in CAS/photo

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.92.145.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? everything but batuu and bust the dust
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the sims 4 and go talk to caleb vatore
What happens when the bug occurs? caleb vatore appears as very dark complected even though he is a vampire
What do you expect to see? caleb to look pale like a vampire
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. happened after the latest patch
i provided a photo of the glitch. i found it was happening to other sims as well.
Is this something that suddenly happend on your save or is it the same if you start a new save for testing ?
