Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Achieve 75 medals in all this 4 locations
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Foot Soldier
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? Level up,rough patch,combo,fearless
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

i got all 77 medals still i didnt get the achievement am i doing something wrong?

@sniperwolf9876 Is this a medal an achievement obtained through Steam or Origin, or it is obtained in the actual game? I cannot remember!

@Wonderwinged_uSame device (on Origin) or on a different platform this time? It could be worth collecting a couple more medals and seeing if that gives you the medal, or maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling your game.
