teaching career - sim not finishing tasks [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.59.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you try to complete a teaching career task on the computer.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim will never complete the task. They will get up and do something else. If I've given the sim a task right after the teaching career task, then they will finish it.
What do you expect to see? I expect the sim to finish their task without quitting the task and getting up to do something else.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
