@Chipper75 We're stuck also with Sion on 4.78% health but with only 14 hours left in heroic event. I'm guessing we're going to be out our raid tickets and rewards or will be pleasantly surprised if EA/CG refunds raid tix or issues rewards for current rankings.

While CG is working on the fix...does he still stay stuck at that percent even if Traya takes a turn?

@crzydroid Yes, even when Traya takes a turn, if you send 10 squads at him he stays same health.

Funny the CG post said to hold of finishing the raid until fixed which won't be last night. Ummm, the heroic raid is on timer and we can't finish it if we can't get to Traya to finish with Sion being invincible. We would have finished if not for bug but time expired and raid tickets down the drain.

@EA_HighCommand So are guilds going to get the rewards for the inconvenience, the tickets back or we're just out of luck? Also Crumb's post not updated so I assume not fixed yet, do we have to check back before launching next raid so we're not flushing raid tickets down the toilet?

Hi @Caballero_SWGOH,

The issue itself was fixed with yesterday's HotFix (see the official announcement here: Server Update & Hotfix Today - 10/08/2020).

As for the rewards or tickets, we are looking into that right now and will update you once a decision was made.

We refunded the raid tickets used to guilds that had to abandon the raid due to the issue.

If we missed your guild, please provide us with the following information:

Guild leader ally code:

Date and time the raid was abandoned:

Raid Tier (Heroic, Tier 6, etc.):

Please don't post if you abandoned the raid for different reasons.
