sims wont workout together

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.73.48.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? everything except the kit packs, the star wars pack, fitness stuff, toddler stuff, backyard stuff, spooky stuff, luxury party, outdoor retreat, spa day, cool kitchen, and perfect patio
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? take a group to a lot with fitness equipment. attempt the "workout together" interaction.
What happens when the bug occurs? the sims do not workout together
What do you expect to see? the sims should workout together
