OS Version I'm not sure
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) It won't show the arrow so I can find it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Since I seem to be the only one with the issue, I'm not sure how you could see it yourself. It's been like this since the start up menu in the beginning.
What do you expect to see? An empty house. No player menu. No sims. No arrow so I can find my player I.D. Just furniture.

 Sims don't show up in this game. I've tried searching the forums, but I don't see anyone else having this issue. My sims can still do things (clean the house, interact with objects if I tell them to, etc.), but they've never shown up. There's just the green diamond to show they're even there. It doesn't just apply to my sim. It's all sims in the game. Just the sims themselves don't show up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, both the app and the platform I play on, but nothing is helping. I haven't seen a Sim at all, even at the customize menu at the beginning. Please help! I'm ready to uninstall this app for a final time and be done with it.

Sadly the game isn't designed to work in Blue stacks, so it's not supported. I would suggest playing on either an Android or Apple device that can run the game.
