[DU] Can't read acceptance letter [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? not sure. it's up to date
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to sign up for university
What happens when the bug occurs? you can't read the acceptance letter.
What do you expect to see? my sim enrolls in university
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

sims can't read acceptance letter. can't sign up for university. I have no cc and own all packs.

@rougeroadrooster Is it stuck in your inventory or what happens ? Have you tried through the computer as well ?

Ive downloaded university, and the pack is installed. 

The problem is that when I press either the mailbox or computer or phone I dont get the option to apply for university.

My sim is a young adult.

I just get the options "Search University" and "Apply for scholarship" on the computer and on the mailbox I only get the option to apply for scholarship but not the option to apply for university.

When I check my inventory there is an acceptance letter (even tho I haven't applied for any uni because the option doesnt excist) but when I click on the letter it only says "Make as favourite" and "Place in world", but I cant read it, I cant do anything with it. I havent even gotten a pop-up window or anything saying that I got accepted to uni.

Why doesnt the option for apply to university show? 😭

My game is in swedish, and the option "Stipendier.." is Apply for scholarship.

Ive now tried on a completely new save and it works!

But how will I get it to work in my "main save"? I dont understand anything..

@laysplace Could you give a bit more details what you are seeing ? Do you not have the options ? Do you not get a letter ? Can you not read that letter ?

Any mods/cc in your game ?

I’m on Xbox so no cc or mods. And one of my household members can apply but the other cannot. She can only research schools and scholarships. No option to apply at all. The other sim who does have the option just graduated two days ago and has the option to apply. The one that cannot, does not have a letter or anything. She did just find out she was pregnant. Idk if that’s a factor. She is also at the top of her career so this highway promotion of the astronaut career. @crinrict
