sims 4 an hour late

I'm not entirely sure where to put this, and everywhere I look, it's not quite the right answer for what I'm experiencing as far as I can understand...

 

Whilst playing The Sims 4, the clock gets more and more delayed. It has now reached the point where everyone is going to work and school an hour later and returning home an hour late as well. I have cleared their inventories, I have checked my cache and I only have 1, I only have 1 saved game...

 

Please advise?

Did you try repairing the game ? Are you using mods ?

Hiya,

I have repaired the game a number of times and am not using any Mods, no. I have all of the DLC etc. but I don't think that's the issue. Moving my Household seems to work sometimes, but is there a more permanent solution?

Are you seeing any freezing in your game ?

 

I've not heard of this issue before.
