What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats and dogs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have your sim in a place like the gym before work and switch to a sim at home
What happens when the bug occurs? the sim will be able to do anything they want while at "work"
What do you expect to see? your sim out of work
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Would be good if you could test again and see if it happens in both cases.

I think there's already a similar report for when you switch back before they go to work.
