sim cant use phone

sim cant use phone to chat or toinvite people over cant use phone at all tried clearing cache and all thath i tried repairing the game and it not help me

Hey there,

Do you have any mods or Custom Content installed? I had the same issue until I deleted scumbumbo's CallAnytime mod I got via ModTheSims. It needs an update to work with the latest patch.
