sim cant go to work?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? "go to work" on the male sim
What happens when the bug occurs? interaction instantly cancels
What do you expect to see? sim not going to work?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am experiencing a problem where my male Sim is unable to go to work. I have two sims, one male and one female, and while the female sim can attend work without any issues, the male sim's "Go to Work" interaction is immediately canceled upon selection. The only method I have found to get the male sim to work is by accompanying the female to another lot, as she is in the science career, and selecting the option for him to go to work from there.

I have tried every troubleshooting method you can think of including:

1. resetting the Sim
2. reset object (debug)
3. repair the game
4. removing all mods and custom content

Anyone else facing a similar issue?

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.
