What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Getting revived, stuck in the movement speed when being downed

What happens when the bug occurs? You can only move the same speed when you are downed after you get revived.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to move normal speed, you are not able to run or sprint or slide just slow walk
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Revive with knockdown shield, revive, not really sure
Here is the link to video I was able to be alive for another couple minutes after being downed and revived. Stuck in the slow speed was still able to knock and kill some enemies but still needs to be fixed.
