rank 8 weapon not unlocked even though rank 20

Summarize your bug I am level 20 as support, however my bren gun at rank 8 has been locked since forever, all other weapons are unlocked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to my armory and you will see that my bren gun is locked. i have been in touch with support 2 times where they said they unlocked it for me but it didnt work.
What happens when the bug occurs? not a bug , weapon just not unlocked
What should be happening instead? My weapon should be unlocked

Hi, yes i have been in touch with them twice, with 2 different persons, and they both said that they have now unlocked it, and that i just have to restart the client but nothing happened.

After 2ndd try they told me to write here instead.

Have you played practice vs players as well? This sometimes can trigger unlocks especially after level up again a rank or gun.

@flyinghorse101I just did the practice solo and practice player vs player, still bren is locked, and i cant change my combat role because it says i need rank 8 as support but im rank 20. Shouldnt it be a simple switch in the backend to change a boolean to true to get the bren? :D

@EA_Atic, I know support should handle issues like this but I see lots of messages in the community about this bug still going on. Any chance to get this back on the trello board for investigating?

Now it is marked solved like it was only vehicle buster role. But the vehicle buster role is for assault and here we talking about support.
I'm afraid someone needs to do the same trick for support..

I have same problem but with uniforms for German/GB reacon class,epic sets Union Jacked / Cannis Horibilils,i done all assignments last year,but now they grey out. Support can't help ,after 1h on phone,solution from support was " play the game"....
