Hey everyone,
We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLCs (exact errors shown below).
There's a problem with your download
Something went wrong
Whether you bought it from us, claimed it via EA Play (Pro) via the EA app, EA Play for Steam, or EA Play through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (XGPU), or bought it on another platform like Steam or Epic, we appreciate you letting us know about these issues.
Troubleshooting the error
<This section will be updated at a later time.>
To help us investigate
To help us investigate, please provide as much detail as possible about the error. Without it, it's tough for our teams to identify the potential cause(s). While there most likely isn't a single root cause for everyone, these errors can sometimes occur due to internet interruptions, antivirus programs, network policies, or other factors on your PC.
We've included some helpful links above to troubleshoot. If you've tried everything and the issue persists, please refer to the "Still experiencing the problem?" section below 👇 for instructions on providing the necessary data for our teams to investigate further.
Thanks for your cooperation.

@ferbiej33 I've merged your posts with the master thread for this issue. Coverage from EA employees seems pretty sparse this week, but I'll flag your posts for people to see when they're back.
New name, new look, same great benefits: EA Access and Origin Access are now EA Play.
