Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? place a meal on a table and choose "Share a Meal with..." — it's only possible with small dining tables such as the "à la mode"-table
What do you expect to see? The "share a meal with.." -option to be for all the tables

step 1: place a meal on the table

step 2: choose "Share a meal with..." and select 3 friends/family members or other. They will show up and share a meal together.

Yeah, unfortunately this action is only with small dining tables, there are at least few square ones and few round ones. 

I’ve been hoping to see this action to be added to longer dining tables. 🤞 Also the ability to choose how many sims you want to the table would be great, since now it’s locked in 1+3.👍

Thanks for your report @ani_fl00 It's details like this that make the game special. Hope the animations will be added to several tables and improved as @Ilois4 suggests.
