"Party Not Ready" bug (post season 2 start)

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Happens in game lobby
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Trying to enjoy the game, happens after first match.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? All of them since season 2 started.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? After one match the game brings me back to the lobby and the "party not ready" bug is there keeping me from starting another match. I have to restart the game (twice, but I think that's a separate issue) to enter another match.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to cue up for another match following the end of the previous match.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look through your data? I dont know. It's a known issue that is still affecting many players as far as I can tell.

Every time I finish my first match I am met with the "Party Not Ready" bug. I then have to restart the game to cue for another match. It's game breaking, and I have tried everything I can think of to resolve this. Please fix, because it makes playing on of my favorite games unbearable. 

ARE YOU WORKING ON THIS BUG? ARE YOU AWARE MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE GAME EXPERIENCE RUINED DUE TO THIS BUG?
