"Listen to Story" randomly adds to queue

After my Sim read a book to his children, all three children randomly have "Listen to Story" from that parent appear as the top priority item in their queue, even when the parent is asleep or at work.

Also, they don't appear together. One will get the action while the other two don't, or two of three will, or sometimes all three, it's likewise random.

However, restarting seems to have cleared it up, so it's a bug with an easy workaround.
