"Get 3 kills as Bloodhound" updated with 2 when I got 1 kill

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. just returning to the lobby after a match

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The daily challenge "Get 3 kills as Bloodhound" is set to 2/3 when I got 1 kill, and it is my very first kill in season 2.
What should be happening instead? "Get 3 kills as Bloodhound" should be set to 1/3
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Impossible for me to say
I played some more games, and the challenge was completed when I got my second kill.
