Summarize your bug After patch 1.2 rolled out I decided to scroll through my challenges since the patch reduced some requirements for some challenges. I wanted to see how close I was to completing those certain challenges. While doing so I noticed in my multiplayer tier that my "A Tremendous Service" progress reset but my COMPLETED challenges are still completed. Before the patch it read 21 out of 26 challenges completed. Afterwards it read 0 out of 26. I thought maybe I had to complete one of the challenges that I haven't completed yet and maybe it'd fix itself. I completed a challenge and the progress bar then read 1 out of 26. Please fix this ASAP.

What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens. I don't have my progress that I worked hard for.

Same on PC. I had previously been stuck at 25/26, because of the Starfighter Assault bug registering completed. It reset to 0/26, and now it's at 1/26 after triggering the Starfighter Assault completion.
As a bonus, contacting live support resulted in me getting a two-page long email detailing how to uninstall Origin from my computer, and recommending taking my computer to a professional to get the Operating System registry edited. Not helpful at all, especially when it seems like the problem is stemming from the program itself.

Same here, I completed last milestone yesterday and after that it had reset to 1/26 and I didnt get any rewards :/

I had the same on XBOX ONE.
I don't know how about you guys, but I have also lost all my progress in arcade scenarios. Including all unfinished arcade milestones...
This is ridiculous. EA is forcing us to keep track of every single progress made in game to have a proof when something goes wrong.
And guess what? I yesterday I had a call with EA technical help about this issue, after explaining the problem consultant asked me to enter some option that doesn't even exist. Then he put me on hold for 30 mins and after that call ended. I only received email that "our call finished before we resovled your issue. If you still need help ,contact EA help".
Then I had a text chat with another consultant and he just said that this progress is impossible to restore.
EA: if you are going to push patches like this - just don't do that. Change profession, other comapnies can create games. Gamedev is not for everyone...
