Yup. The way the netcode and hit registration works in this game allows people with 4000 ping downloading torrents and watching netflix to always have the advantage since it's impossible for the player with low ping to hit them but easy for the idiot with high ping to hit the low ping target. Not really sure what Respawn was thinking on this one. They 100% need to add a ping limit if they are going to keep it this way.
