Summarize your bug I am trying to join a platoon that my friend is in. I found the platoon and clicked join. A notification popped up saying "generic error" or something to that effect. My friend is a lieutenant in the platoon and doesn't see that I applied. When I try to join again, I go to the members tab, there is not an option to click join again. Only the 'Leave Platoon' button is there, but grayed out. So now I'm stuck.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the platoon menu. Search for Trench Line platoon. Click Join Platoon. 'Generic Notification' error pops up. Go to platoon menu again. Search for Trench Line. See that I'm not in platoon and the Leave platoon option is greyed out with no option to click join again
What happens when the bug occurs? Generic error

If you did it via Console, try if you can do any type of fix for it via the Companion app. Maybe apply again or leave it there.
Or if you did it the other way, try it on Console then.
