pit rewards disappeared when the game reset while trying to claim.

My Pit rewards disappeared when the game reset. I was unable to claim them. My player I'd is X_cNvEmPRRK1t9zXR5Y9KA.

we had completed a T5 raid, and I finished in either the 4th or 5th position. The coils were 755 I think plus the items out of the chests.
