How accessible is the current experience? Annoying, but OK
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. well its not a product but its the origin launcher when i try to download it will give me a system error message
How is this making it more difficult? its making it more difficult because im not able to play the games that i have
How can we reproduce this experience? im not sure
so whenever i try to download the origin launcher on pc it gives me a system error like this screen shot it says that the code excution cannot proceed because of msvcp140.dII which im confused on what to do because this is the first time im downloading it on my pc. and then when i click ok it gives me another system error that now says the code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dII and ive tried reinstalling origin like 4 times and it just says the same thing and i dont want the money i spent on pvz games to goto waste
