objects break and can't be repaired

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? objects randomly become unrepairable. it happens more often if they break in a off-the-grid lot while there's water or electricity available with eco lifestyle items and the power or water supplies end and the object was not fixed before that.
What happens when the bug occurs? the objects are broken but they lose the option to be repaired. after a game reload, and the water or power supplies come back, they will be broken but they will: A) not show the repair option; or B) have the repair option but if a sim starts repairing it, they will never finish repairing and the instant replacing interaction will not fix the object either.
What do you expect to see? objects can be repaired or the instant replace interaction fixes the object so I don't need to sell the object and buy another in build/buy mode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I noticed sometimes some objects become unrepairable, even the not unbreakable ones.

sometimes the solution is to use the replace interaction while the sim is repairing the object. But it doesn't always work.

I'll create a save file ASAP, but I wasn't sharing the saves when the bug showed up for me, so I replaced the items manually in build/buy mode. I'll try to save a game with unrepairable objects again.
