Summarize your bug Whenever i play and we finish the battle it shows me that i get exp for badges and all that but at the end it shows me 0 experience gained. my account is not leveling at all without any exp. i tried it on multiple game modes and I also tried to do a repair on the game through origin and its still the same issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure, you would just need to play the game and at the end of the battle when it shows your exp earned at the very bottom it'll say "Total Earned: 0"
What happens when the bug occurs? not getting any EXP at the end of the round.
What should be happening instead? I should receive experience at the end of the battle.

Thanks for the continuous reports, all!

With the launch of Update #3.1.0, the teams have implemented a fix that should *improve scenarios where people look like they are awarded 0 XP at end of the round.

Our request; could you play a few rounds again over the coming days and check if you are still experiencing this 0 XP (or negative XP) at the end of the round? If so, please also share a video or screenshot.

I tested a secondary account and there it was earning normal... I already restarted my ps5, the game etc. I contacted EA support and they asked me to create this topic.

I've had this bug at random. Usually I get exp, now and then I don't.

In one such match, many of the lobby commented they also got no exp. Essentially, the entire lobby got 0 exp for the same round.

Clearly server side.

@EA_Atic After 30 days, I think you have solved the bug of 0xp. Version 1.2 is still 0xp every time. Can you improve your efficiency? This bug has existed for 30 days, is it too exaggerated? I have reacted many times. I am a PC user.

@cS_CaSaRi I've had this happen to me on occasion, too. I wonder if the bug is merely a visual one - if it's just not calculating the math, but one may be receiving those points (you'd have to check and see your total points at the start of a round, and compare it to what's after the match when that 0xp bug appears).
