some time ago (as website does not work in safari and the reporting process is very time consuming) I fought a grand arena battle. opponent (picpoc) was fielding Hera Syndulla, Ezra Bridger  (G12) and Kanan Jarrus (G11).

Killed Hera then stripped protection from the other two but they would not lose health when attacked.

@isowtavailable If Hera's health was low, 25% heal might not help very much.

Fractured does count as a debuff.

If damage and a heal happen at the same time, it can look like the health bar didn't move. I'm just trying to guess, since I doubt you have video or images and of it was a while ago you probably can't verify stats.

With Hera lead, the Phoenix members all share each other's unique skills. This means they all have Kanaan's unique, which heals 25% health whenever they suffer a debuff.

Tarkin and Thrawn cause lots of Debuffs. Do you think this healing could have caused your inability to reduce their health?

I thought about it, but there was no movement in the health bar at all for about three minutes and Hera went down without difficulty.

No debuffs from Tarkin's basic attack; does Fracture count as a debuff?

Hi @isowtavailable and thanks for reporting this.

To add to what @GladOS-013 has said, I can see that at the end of the battle, Ezra Bridger had 83% Hp.
