Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue.
What happens when the bug occurs? My Romantic interaction is completely gone. I can´t use any romantic interactions because they don´t show up in the whole game.
What do you expect to see? I want my romantic interactions back please
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I don´t remember when the romantic interactions vanished. I tried to follow the question guide on the Board of questions. I reinstalled the game twice. Repaired it once. Deleted all my data about sims4 and have a complete new save. The romantic interactions are gone.

@InTheThickness Could you check the sexual orientation of the SIms you're clicking on (and your own Sims)

I wish it was that easy but no. That's not it. 

For some reason I have the pronouns but not the sexual orientation. 

I looked everywhere. And as I stated. I reinstalled the game twice. 

It worked on my save I was playing on until a few days ago. I hadn't used any romantic interaction for a bit until my sim kid turned into a teen and then it was just gone.

@crinrict I rechecked.. I have the sexual orientation, I put them in.. still no romantic interaction available

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

• Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
• Tray Folder
• Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
• Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
• Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
• ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
• Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

@crinrict Like I also stated this in my original post I already tried all those steps.
I went to the question board first, did all those steps, repaired the game, reinstalled it (twice), deleted all my data from sims (after saving it on another card) and reinstalled again.
I looked at the sexual orientation, tried every age which normally has romantic interaction.
I tried it all.
I also contacted the support.

Have you also tried a new windows user or another computer if you have one ?

@crinrict I don't have another PC but I can try another user.. even though that would be very weird.
