Summarize your bug I joined territory war and had 261 banners collected (gamer tag Brian) we lost to the other guild but should have been awarded for 2nd place at the 160+million tier.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My zetas, guild credits and gear were not received.

Summarize your bug I participated in and we won a 130mm GP TW ending on 10/17, but I never received rewards. I've contacted customer support 3x and have been told that they believe I did receive them and there is nothing they can/will do. I am certain they were not received, as I track all my mats and rare gear. I believe it could be tied to a packet loss issue, as my stores weren't refreshing properly in the same session (they were all blank), so I restarted my game. As a side note (mostly just venting, I know this isn't the forum for this), it's disappointing to have been routinely dismissed by customer support given significant investment in this game.

How come nobody from EA is doing anything to rectify this I have called in multiple times. They said I need to create a tick through the help screen which I have clearly done.

@CG_MindTricks Can you please check my account? Support is telling me I did receive them, but I am certain I did not.
They've offered me a nominal amount of crystals as compensation which is far below the actual lost materials.
