Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The marriage mission just disappeared after marriage. My sims indeed have married but the honeymoon items are still locked.

Did you follow all the tasks of the quest?

I’m having this same issue. I completed the marriage quest, all 14 parts. My sims are now currently married but the honeymoon suite is still locked. I called EA and they said it might be a sync issue and sent me an email with instructions. I tried all the suggestions of “resetting” the app, deleting it and re-downloading it, restarting my device, clearing my Safari cache, etc. None of those things worked. Does anyone have a solution for this? It’s a bit frustrating because it’s 2 days of work and it seems like the only other option is to get a divorce and then remarried again to see if the honeymoon suite will unlock this time. At this point I don’t even know if it’s worth all that extra effort.

I see over here: https://thegirlwhogames.blog/2018/01/19/the-sims-mobile-wedding-quest/ that there are 15 parts. Are you sure you did all of them?
