i have no sound when i play a match.

i have lost the commentary of the journalists and i dont't know how it's happened.

impossible to reset the configuration

Usually, loss of commentary sound is due to having your console audio set to a surround mode rather than stereo.

Check the following link for info on setting stereo uncompressed in the HDMI audio options:
