What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? AZTECK PSYKO
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Octane
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was trying to log in and it will kick me out
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Finding match
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? most of them
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) it started 3/15/21 its happened before this season but not as often
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I can not log in. I cant join a game or it will join for 5 minutes then kick me out saying error.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play and log in without it kicking me out every match and every start
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try starting matches thats literally all i have to do not even that i cant even get into lobby alot of the time because of it kicking me out

i try to log in most times it will not let me in saying contact for support or glitch and say error or bad challenge then ill try again the game will freeze and kick me out again i have deleted and installed it twice and the same issue happens it will also kick me from the whole game its self and take me to my xbox home screen its been happening already for months.

Can we try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help fix the errors you've been seeing? When you have the chance I recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website first to see how that goes. 

 

If you're still running into the same errors afterward try running through the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thank you!
