Platform:Apple iPad

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when purchasing money trees
What do you expect to see? either a refund or the actual thing i bought
Connection Type Mobile

recently i bought the weekly card package and the simoleon cactus package and neither of them were given to me. i have restarted the game numerous times and attempted to "restore purchase" numerous times but nothing is working. i find it quite strange as every other package i buy seems to work except for these two. i really want my money's worth so please try and sort it out.
