invisible stairs

What happens when the bug occurs? stairs are not showing - all including non cc

Hi All 

I have been extensively building a house for my sim family on the 50x50 plot, I put stairs and then had the update the other day after a while of not playing it and since then the stairs have not shown up...my sims walked up them but they are not visible  

turned the cc off and loaded it but same problem 

tried deleting stairs and adding sims own stairs but this just does the same 

Also tried other items that are not cc and plants and some living items are invisible 

Was really hoping to finally play as been building for 2 months while not at work but now on furlough! GUTTED!

House is 3 levels - middle section is the entrance and yes there is a small platform 

I have taken it off and saved and re loaded it without it but still the same

@Mofie86 Is it that specific house only or also others ? If it's just that house, could you upload it to the gallery for checking ?

Hi! I'm having the same issue! All my base game EA stairs aren't showing up. I can click on them, and they are there, it's just that they're invisible. I'd love to know why (( can anyone help me?
