@gusyud Hello there,

The Separatist droids in your screenshot are modded slower than your JKL. His speed reduction won't apply to them as they are already slower than what his leadership would set them to.

Also, your characters have the speed down debuff, so the enemy droids may be able to outpace you. For example, your JKL is 212 speed. If the enemy GG is 211 speed or lower, JKL won't reduce his speed. With speed down your JKL has 159 speed (it's a 25% reduction), meaning the enemy GG is now faster.
