Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. lobby i was checking out the new legend and my skins
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I just loaded in to the game lobby and checked my skins

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0 i just started the game

Hey @c0ke99 there was an issue with the skin not appearing for some users but the team released a fix. can you check in the skins menu to see if it is there and if not can you try restarting the game.

If it is still missing then can you try clearing the cache and powercycling your console.

You can do this easily enough by following the steps below:

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
2. Unplug the power cable from your console and then press and hold the power button on the Xbox a number of times to clear the cache.
3. Plug your power cable back in and turn your Xbox back on.

@EA_Darko I have to inform you that i still dont have my twitch prime pathfinder skin. I tryed the method you gave me it didnt work And I still need help resolving this issue.
