I previously submitted the support request 24918953 , and the response was to watch a thread for more info....but that thread has not addressed the issue, and I just read the patch notes for the game update tomorrow which still does not address the issue.

They closed the support request, but provided no real conclusion to my concerns.  

I would like to get a real conclusion on whether or not I will get refunded the gems I spent on all the mods that week.
