Summarize your bug The Chosen One ability for GAS is either written incorrectly, or this action is incorrect. It says GAS uses an additional ability during HIS TURN. it does not say GAS takes TWO TURNS. by this definition, who GAS is targeting should not change in the middle of his turn. yet, right now, he does switch targets if a tank taunts after he uses his AOE.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. have GAS face a team that has a taunter like GK who taunts after his team is hit. 2. while GK has no taunt up, hit GK's teammate with GAS aoe. 3. during GAS single turn, GAS 2nd ability will be redirected to GK.

example of how GAS ability should work in this situation = if a bug team is attacking (assisting) someone with Zaalbar on the team, if Zaalbar taunts the bugs during the bugs turn, the bugs will not attack Zaalbar during that turn. The taunt only takes effect after the bug turn ends.

So why is GAS any different??

GAS is different since his second attack is completely separated from the first one and therefore can be used on a different target. This is written in the ability "Sundering Strike" (for example): "If this is the first ability General Skywalker is uses during his turn, reset Force Grip's cooldown and use it if possible." This is the intended behavior. Any assist on the other hand is directed to the same target as the original attack.
