Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? maybe after using quick resume several time?
What happens when the bug occurs? lost my save progress, frame rate stuttering.

 game fail to save on meditation circle. i notice freeze saving icon on the right bottom of my screen and disappear after 5 mins. and when i save again at another meditation circle. it nothing happen. i try to close my game and reopen it. i lost my save progress and back to the first meditation circle above.

Hey @materialsj do you have the game set up for quick resume?

I only got my Series X this week but noticed in some games that with quick resume they don't save as they should.

same here. i just got mine few days ago. i don't know what im missing for quick resume feature. sometime i had to load it again. but im not worry about it that much cause it launch really quick.

If you continue to see the issue see if you can turn off quick resume to see if it makes a difference @materialsj.
