food vendors not working in university dorms and other venues

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.294.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except Get To Work, most of the other packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to any world, enter a location that has a food vendor such as a university dorm or the Bubble Tea shop and try to order from the vendor.
What happens when the bug occurs? The food vendor in unclickable, and no options are available with the vendor. It mearly acts as a decoration.
What do you expect to see? That food vendors would be clickable, giving options to buy food, or if closed, an indication of hours on university dorm lots or the ability to hire a vendor to staff the location
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Oct 22 patch, subsequently the Life and Death expansion

This occurred at the same time the spawned objects stopped working.  Some just remain on a lot and cannot be clicked.  I have rental residences in most worlds, but it does not seem to matter if the sim comes from one or not.  Suprisingly, the fabricators, which had not worked for several months, now are working again.  It seems that issues all arose in the last several weeks.  I keep the game updated and have never used any mods.

Really unsure if we need yet another thread for food vendor issues. It's getting a bit much.

There's also one for the uni cafeteria I can't currently find + older threads that are similar but not the same either. The problem with this is that it's very hard to keep them on topic.

@Redphun To be sure, by university dorm, you mean the cafeteria ? There's no vendors in the dorm (only outside in the food stands).

I only added the school lunch counter. One of the dorms is in the gallery. Search under my name Redfun.
