How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? i don't get the legendary pack nor the epic pack that are suppose to be in the battle pass reward instead i get some * things
What should be happening instead? i should get the packs as shown on the site

Loot packs are illegal in some regions (considered gambling), so they give crafting shards instead.

Belgium has outlawed loot packs so people there get crafting materials instead. It's better tbh
