Hi @djonik1562 

If you are unable to sell a mod and it's not locked, it is likely that the mod in question is part of a loadout.

Once removed from the loadout, you should be able to sell the mod.

I have the same issue and its not part of a load out

This mod i see when checked "not in loadout". But for sell i don't see him.
