Re: disappearing sims/ social event not working

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? get to work, high school years
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? you can find the bug yourself by joining your teenager at school, or attending prom. mostly all social events
What happens when the bug occurs? when this. bug occurs all the sims disappear including mine and it will not let me go home.
What do you expect to see? I expect to others sims and be able to interact.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I am having a problem with events. In the picture shown I am suppose to be at prom but no sims are there including mine, and its the same thing when I try to join her at school. Also, in the screenshoot where im on the stairs the is a social event going on before prom, it would let me interact with anyone or go home. In the screenshots im playing with all my mods off, as you can tell by my sim. so the mods aren't the issue. Please help!! I JUST bought a pack
