completed jedi luke event, but had swgoh has encountered an error missing reward

Summarize your bug I did all tiers of the Jedi luke event in one phase after completion. I got the dreaded SWGOH has encountered an error client must be restarted. It wouldnt let me do the phase over but am missing those rewards. What's worse is after I cut Luke's hand off and watched the cut scenes. The reent is no longer available to me. Even though others are unlocking Jedi Luke. missing shrads from the mission with Rolo, Chewbacca/3PO, Lando.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everyone has these crashes at times in TW, GAC
